The subject of the framework agreement is the supply of functional or diffusing luminaires, masts with possibly brackets and astronomical clocks for public lighting that do not have a pronounced aesthetic character.

This framework agreement is broken down into four technical lots as follows:

- lot 1: supply of functional lighting without any marked aesthetic interest,

- lot 2: supply of diffusing luminaires with no pronounced aesthetic interest,

- lot 3: supply of straight masts from 4 to 9 m with an optional broken or curved stock and various accessories,

- lot 4: supply of astronomical clocks.
