The aim of the procurement is to provide municipal operators with competitive Microsoft Cloud Service Provider (CSP) and Perpetual pricing, Azure services and support services. The procurement will be carried out for the use of Tiera (hereinafter also referred to as the Subscriber or contracting entity) so that the products can be resold to Tiera's Subscriber Organizations (in accordance with the Microsoft Tier 2 indirect channel [indirect provider]). The subscriber organisation is defined in Appendix 1 Definitions of the draft agreement. The procurement requires the tenderer to have an easy-to-use and well-functioning self-service portal for the use of the Subscriber Organisations for the management of products.

The subscriber (indirect reseller) resells the products to the Subscriber Organizations on the basis of in-house status.
