The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of photovoltaic installations and heat pumps in the following municipalities: Nowy Targ, Nowy Targ, Czorsztyn, Łapsze Niżne, Chrzanów and Trzebinia, which is implemented as part of the project "Installation of renewable energy sources installations in the municipalities: Nowy Targ, Nowy Targ City, Czorsztyn, Łapsze Niżne, Brzesko, Alwernia, Babice, Chrzanów, Libiąż and Trzebinia".

1. Delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations in the following municipalities: Nowy Targ, Nowy Targ, Czorsztyn, Łapsze Niżne, Chrzanów and Trzebinia, including:

1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation held by the Ordering Party of 181 sets of photovoltaic installations, on residential and public buildings along with a structure adapted to the place of installation,

2) execution in each location, no later than 60 days after signing the contract with the Ordering Party, of an inventory of buildings from which the Protocols of Assembly Arrangements will be drawn up with the possibility of scaling marked in the graphic program, roof plans with the location of the module in photovoltaic and / or with a plan of the area with the place of installation on the ground and the course of the DC and AC cable route.

3) delivery and assembly of structures for PV modules,

4) delivery and assembly of brand new, not older than 2022 PV modules,

5) delivery and assembly of brand new inverters / DC / AC inverters not older than from 2022,

6) excavation in the ground to the required depth, in the event that the photovoltaic panels will be located outside the building in which the main switchboard will be located at a distance of up to 25 meters in a straight line, above 25 meters the excavation is made by a resident,

7) laying cable routes, grounding and cables from PV panels to the inverter and wires from the inverter to the electrical switchboard

8) installation of the switchgear for the needs of photovoltaics (DC and AC side) along with the grounding of the installation (the value of the ground resistance should reach <10 Ohm),

9) wyposażenie rozdzielnicy DC (ochronnik przeciwprzepięciowy, rozłącznik bezpiecznikowy DC)

10) AC switchgear equipment (fuse disconnector, surge protector, circuit breaker)

11) performing installation tests and checking the proper operation of the apparatus,

12) system activation and adjustments,

13) measurements of electrical installations required by relevant regulations,

14) configuration of all inverters, connection to the User's Internet network (in the absence of a permanent Internet connection at the place of locating the inverter, the costs of providing coverage are covered by the User, in the event of a complete lack of an Internet network at the User, the requirement is to equip the User with a module that allows in the future to connect to the Internet network.) and integration with one system to monitor energy production, ecological benefits and control of the operation of photovoltaic installations from the system level. The system must be available for stationary and mobile devices on the iOS and Android platforms, devices monitoring the operation of the system should be able to communicate with a dedicated server on which the intended data will be saved,

15) training of facility managers and users in the operation and use of photovoltaic installations made as part of the present proceedings,

16) preparation of documentation for the notification of connection of micro-installations to the power grid of the regional DSO,

17) making the necessary openings and mounting culverts for the introduction of devices,

18) sealing of holes and mounting grommets after introduction.

2. Detailed scope of work (Description of the Order Subject) is contained in Annex No 1.1 to SWZ - Technical documentation of PV installations (Part 1 of the order).

1. Delivery and installation of heat pumps in the following municipalities: Nowy Targ, Nowy Targ City, Czorsztyn, Łapsze Niżne, Chrzanów, including:

1) delivery and installation based on the technical documentation held by the Ordering Party of 155 pieces of heat pumps in residential and public buildings together with accessories,

2) execution in each location, no later than 60 days after signing the contract with the Ordering Party, of the inventory of buildings from which the Protocols of Assembly Arrangements will be drawn up with the possibility of scaling marked in the graphic program, floor plans of the room / rooms with the location of the buffer, DHW storage tank and other elements of the PC installation and the course of the wires of the central heating installation, z.w., DHW from the heat pump to the connection to the existing installation,

3) installation of air ducts,

4) connection of a DHW heater (heat pump) to the existing DHW installation, DHW circulation and z. w.w.,

5) installation of fittings, equipment and other elements according to the technological scheme,

6) installation of the control system,

7) the manufacture of rinsing and pressure tests of the installation,

8) filling of the installation,

9) commissioning of the installation,

10) training users in the principles of proper operation of heat pumps along with the development of detailed operating instructions and their transmission to users,

11) replenishment and sealing of cavities after the passage of wires, execution of cold water, hot central heating and electrical water installations necessary to connect to the designed system.
