KMD would like to enter into a contract for the total product of the periodical PLAN for the years 2022 and 2023, with an option for a contract extension until 2025. The contract will include the production of professional/editorial content, graphical design, lay-out and the distribution of both a paper and electronic version, as well as subscription work. The contract will also include the communication of content through digital media, also between the main editions, which contributes to maintaining the purpose of the edition, for example, through the website, newsletters, social media, etc.

The annual limit is up to NOK 850,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value of the contract, including the option, is from NOK 1.5 million to NOK 3.4 million excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
