1.The subject of the contract is the supply of toilet paper and paper towels listed in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

Annex 2 to the SWZ is also a price form that must be completed and attached

to the offer. When submitting an offer, the price for each assortment item should be provided.

2. The products offered must come from current production – the date of production must not be older than 12 months from the date of delivery.

3. The Contractor shall provide at least 12 months warranty (use-by date) from the date of delivery for the offered products.

4. The place of delivery is the Ordering Party's warehouse located in Krakow at 109 Mogilska Street.

5. The conclusion of the framework agreement shall not deprive the Ordering Party of the right to order the said deliveries

by way of separate public procurement procedures if the Contracting Authority finds that there is no interest in submitting Executive bids on the part of Contractors covered by a framework agreement or in other justified cases.

6. The framework agreement shall be valid for 12 months from the date of its conclusion, but not longer than until the quantity of the range specified therein is exhausted.
