1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of film tape as part of the project: "Digital reconstruction and digitization of Polish feature, documentary and animated films in order to ensure access in all distribution fields (cinema, television, Internet, mobile devices) and preserve Polish film heritage for future generations ".
2. The order was divided into 2 lots - description in chapter IV of the ToR:
- Part I - successive supply of tape for the needs of the project,
- part II - successive tape supply for the current needs of the label.

Requirements for the Contractor:
1) The Contractor is responsible for quality, compliance with technical and quality conditions indicated for the subject of the contract.
2) Due diligence is required when performing the contractual obligations.
3) The arrangements and decisions regarding the performance of the contract will be agreed by the Employer with the Contractor's representative.
Part I - successive supply of tape for the needs of the projectPart I - successive tape delivery for the needs of the project:
1) The Contractor is responsible for quality, compliance with technical and quality conditions indicated for the subject of the contract.
2) Due diligence is required when performing the contractual obligations.
3) The arrangements and decisions regarding the performance of the contract will be agreed by the Employer with the Contractor's representative.
4) Specification by the Contractor of contact phones, fax number and other arrangements necessary for the efficient and timely performance of the contract.
5) The Ordering Party shall not be liable for damages caused by the Contractor during the performance of the subject of the contract.
Part II - successive tape supply for the current needs of the labelPart II - successive tape supplies for the current needs of the label:
1) The Contractor is responsible for quality, compliance with technical and quality conditions indicated for the subject of the contract.
2) Due diligence is required when performing the contractual obligations.
3) The arrangements and decisions regarding the performance of the contract will be agreed by the Employer with the Contractor's representative.
4) Specification by the Contractor of contact phones, fax number and other arrangements necessary for the efficient and timely performance of the contract.
5) The Ordering Party shall not be liable for damages caused by the Contractor during the performance of the subject of the contract.
