The purpose of this contract is the provision of the services of control of buildings and facilities as well as tasks of support and driving of vehicles in the following centers and administrative units dependent on this provincial direction, according to the specifications defined in the Specifications Particular Technical Prescriptions that are accompanied in this tender:
Headquarters building of the Provincial Directorate of the General Treasury of Social Security and Administration 11/01, located at Avenida Amílcar Barca, 5 de Cádiz.
Integral Social Security Office of Algeciras, located in Carretera Cádiz, Málaga, 2A (Rotonda el Pandero).
Administration 1103 of Jerez de la Frontera, located in c / Ancha, 5.
Administration 1104 of El Puerto de Santa María, located in c / Luja, 4 ground floor.
Integral Social Security Office of Chiclana de la Frontera, located in c / Hoyo del Membrillo, 5 and 7.
The service will be provided in the centers, with the minimum daily workforce and work schedule that are listed below. However, said services may be carried out in any of the units and premises that the Provincial Directorate of the TGSS of Cádiz has or may have, provided that this is necessary.
Headquarters building of the Provincial Directorate of the General Treasury of Social Security and Administration 11/01, located at Avenida Amílcar Barca, 5 de Cádiz: an auxiliary, with a 6-hour day and another with a 3-hour day from Monday to Friday, regardless of the figure of the coordinator referred to in the fifth clause of this specification.
Integral Social Security Office of Algeciras, located in Carretera Cádiz, Málaga, s / n (Rotonda el Pandero): 2 auxiliaries with a 6-hour day each from Monday to Friday.
Social Security Administration of Jerez de la Frontera (Administration 11/03), located in c / Ancha, 5: 1 auxiliary, with a 6-hour day and another with a 3-hour day from Monday to Friday.
The Social Security Administration of El Puerto de Santa María (Administration 11/04), located at c / Luja, 4, under: 1 auxiliary, with a 6-hour day and another with a 3-hour day from Monday to Friday.
Integral Social Security Office of Chiclana de la Frontera, located in c / Hoyo del Quince, 5 and 7: 2 auxiliaries with a 6-hour day each from Monday to Friday.
Any change in the location of these work centers during the term of the contract, within the same location, will not affect the conditions for the provision of the service.
In the center of the Provincial Directorate (headquarters building) they must have a motorcycle duly legalized to travel within the city. The fuel and other costs derived from it will be borne by the winning company.
