The following activities fall within the scope of the assignment:

Boarding guidance at all landings and locations at GVB Veren

1. Monday to Friday during the morning and evening rush hours;

2. In the weekend at the busiest time, usually from 12:00 in the afternoon;

3. Foreseen and unforeseen events.

Boarding support is understood to mean the following activities: providing service, supervising and ensuring atmosphere and safety.

Approximately 8,000 hours per year.
