Delivery of street lighting fixtures with LED source (634 pcs.), fittings, installation materials and installation of supplied luminaires, replacement of booms, power wires, replacement of lighting cabinets in selected area of Goleszów Municipality

The scope of the contract includes:

1) the implementation of the executive project of modernization of street lighting and its arrangement with the local Distribution System Operator — Tauron Distribution SA District Cieszyn, prior to the start of installation and the conclusion of an agreement with the OSD on cooperation in upgrading street lighting,

2) dismantling 634 pcs of existing luminaires,

3) delivery of LED street lighting fixtures, consistent with the offered, in place of installation work in the amount of 634 pcs. (616 pcs. street luminaires and 18 park fixtures), having variable power profile functionality and group change of power profile. The level of programming of the 24 h cycle power supply supplied luminaire should take into account both the requirements of the standard of street lighting PN-EN 13201:2016 or the equivalent reference system, as well as the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on detailed conditions the operation of the electricity system (Journal of Laws No 93/2007, item 623, as amended),

4) installation of supplied street lighting fixtures on the listed booms and poles according to “Description of requirements for performance and functionality Modernization of street lighting of the Goleszów Municipality” (tables), in the amount of 634 pcs. ,

5) Installation of power cables (luminaire - protection) with a length of approx. 4 m per set for overhead line poles and approx. 10 m per set for cable line poles,

6) equipment and commissioning of the dispatching centre,

7) measurements of the effectiveness of anti-shock protection,

8) making measurements of the intensity of illumination for five sections of modernized lighting indicated by the Ordering Party,

9) performance of installed power measurements and something for all modernized lighting circuits — a clamp meter,

10) execution of projects of temporary traffic organization with its introduction, if required

11) execution of as-built documentation,

12) disposal of dismantled road lighting elements, with the exception of fixtures from the site operated by WST21 JT Cieszyn (98 pcs. SGS150W) and from the area operated by WST23 JT Wisła (70 pcs. SGS150W), in the amount of 466 pcs. ,
