The aim of the procurement is to contribute to increased safety, accessibility and availability in the Oslo traffic.

The Contracting Authority shall enter into a contract with a tenderer for the removal of vehicles, containers and other things that are placed on public ground in Oslo. There can also be some removals from private ground. The removals will be carried out on a 24 hour basis after orders from the Contracting Authority.

The framework agreement shall also cover the placement of vehicles, containers and other things in the removal facility, as well as clearing the facility.
