The tender procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 o and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The framework agreement with minimum and no maximum has been implemented pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1 o , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the code of the public order. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders. The supplies are divided into 3 lots:
- lot 1: supply of electrical and electro-hydraulic access control equipment (compatible and / or adaptable Aximum),
- lot 2: supply of electro-pneumatic, electro-hydraulic and manual access control equipment (compatible and / or adaptable Urbaco),
- lot 3: supply of electro-hydraulic high-security equipment.
