Danmarks Nationalbank has approximately 500 employees. At Danmarks Nationalbank, we prepare statistics and analyses of the Danish and international economy, we monitor payment systems and the financial system, we issue banknotes and coins for the Danish Kingdom, and we also have a number of staff and service functions. So even though Danmarks Nationalbank is primarily a knowledge workplace, there are several different professional groups, just as we are mixed on gender, age and seniority. Due to the importance of the tasks handled by Danmarks Nationalbank, we expect our employees to be professionally skilled regardless of the subject area and to be proactive, flexible and result-oriented in the task solution. At the same time, good interpersonal skills are important, as Danmarks Nationalbank has a broad collaboration both internally across departments, and externally with various institutions nationally, as well as internationally, e.g. with other central banks, the ECB, the IMF, etc.
With this tender, Danmarks Nationalbank wishes to enter into a contract with a recruitment company that will assist Danmarks Nationalbank in recruiting managers and selected key employees within the bank's entire staff. The recruiter must have experience in recruiting senior executives in the economic and financial sector, see also point III.1.3).
It is crucial that the company and its recruitment partner have the ability and willingness to understand Danmarks Nationalbank's organisation and spend time creating the perfect organisational match in connection with the identification and management/assessment of talents, not only based on the candidates' functional competencies, but also on the basis of how they as individuals fit into the organisation and the respective management groups.
