Works are required to all parts of the leadership and development facility, these being:

— Accommodation block анд overnight reception.

— Restaurant, back of house kitchen and Gallery Bar.

— Training Suites (including reception, common areas, toilets, break out spaces, back office and reception).

— Leisure block (including swimming pool, changing areas, treatment rooms, gym, squash court, new entrance).
