The contest is for new installations of an emission pipeline (wastewater pipeline), 3 pump stations, and a stretch with a submarine pipeline. The pipeline will go from a new factory (HIMA Seafood AS) at Svadde, along Måna and out in the Tinn Lake. The pipeline will lead sewage water from HIMA Seafood AS and from a future new municipal treatment plant. The pipeline length is approx. 12 km. New municipal water and sewage pipelines will also be laid on parts of the stretch.

The value of the procurement is estimated to be approx. NOK 145 million to NOK 155 million excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the contest due to, amongst other things, political approval.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this agreement.
