The project which is the subject of the present proceedings consists of the creation of a cable transport line between Créteil and Villeneuve-Saint-Georges via Limeil-Brévannes and Valenton. This cable link is a collective transport in its own right, articulated with the other modes and integrated into the Paris pricing. The cable transport link has a total length of approximately 4.5 km and has 5 stations. The public market is a global public performance market, which combines maintenance with the design and construction of a cable line between Créteil and Villeneuve-Saint-Georges.

The contract will include various missions, which are integrated into 4 phases of design, administrative procedures and security approach, completion of the work and part of the maintenance. These are divided into a firm tranche and 18 optional tranches.
