Lot 1 comprises the sub-areas of the park, market square, traffic facilities and bus stops. The renewal of the pavements and road edges will be carried out in close coordination with the civil engineering and the renewal of the pavement of the main road (not part of Lot 1). Furthermore, the division into 2 construction phases makes it necessary to create temporary arrangements. Likewise, during the construction period, the access roads to the buildings on the square are to be ensured by means of temporary arrangements. The second construction phase is not part of Lot 1 and will be put out to tender separately at a later date. The individual sub-areas can be found in the attached overview plan.

Lot 2 includes the construction of the fountain at the new market square (Lot 1). This consists of a new water jet field to be created and the connection of the theatre fountain to the entire complex. In the underground car park, a room is provided for the well technology to be installed. The theatre fountain is built and erected by a stone sculptor. The installation of the water nozzles to be integrated there, as well as the supply and discharge lines are part of Lot 2. For the water nozzle field, supply and discharge lines including the power supply of the nozzle pots must also be created. The execution of the fountain system must be carried out in close coordination with the sculptor and the construction company for the outdoor facilities. The drip channel or collection point of the water feature and nozzle field, as well as the surface of the nozzle field are part of Lot 1.
