The services are subject to a framework agreement with single-beneficiary purchase orders in accordance with Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount as follows per community member of the grouping:

- Auby: 2,000.00 EUR excluding tax,
- Douaisis Agglomeration Community: EUR 10,000 excluding tax,
- Cantin: EUR 1,000 excluding taxes,
- Cuincy: EUR 5,000 excluding tax,
- Douai: EUR 1,000 excluding taxes,
- Esquerchin: EUR 4,000 excluding taxes,
- Faumont: EUR 4,000 excluding taxes,
- Flers-en-Escrebieux: not concerned,
- Guesnain: EUR 1,500 excluding taxes,
- Lallaing: EUR 20,000 excluding taxes,
- Marcq-en-Ostrevent: EUR 3,000 excluding tax,
- Râches: 5,000 EUR HT.
