pursuant to the provisions of Article L 224-5 of the Social Security Code, Article L 2113-2 of the Public Order Code and the decree of 19 July 2018 regulating the public procurement of social security bodies, ucanss, central purchasing within the meaning of the aforementioned Code, concludes this framework agreement on behalf of the social security bodies of the General Scheme, for the management of employee savings, each social security body of the General Scheme (about 300) has administrative and financial autonomy and as such the Human Resources departments of each body independently manage the various campaigns within the framework defined by ucanss and the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) of the national funds in connection with the holder of this contract. in addition to the basic offer grouping the mandatory monetary funds and Euro SMEs of the target range, three Possible Additional Services (PSE), which they will indicate in the deed of commitment (Attri1) and which they will estimate in the price schedule.
