The purpose of the procurement is to cover the need for consultancy services in building and construction. The contracting authority intends to enter into 6 parallel framework agreements with two (2) tenderers per contract.
The contest is divided into the following lots;
1. Consulting engineer, heating, ventilation and sanitation engineering; HVAC (RIV)
2. Consulting engineer, electrical installations (RIE)
3. Consulting fire engineer (RIBr).
4. Consulting engineer, construction techniques (RIB).
5. Engineering design group manager.
6. SHA coordinator.
It is possible to submit tenders for one or more of the lots. Each lot will be considered as a separate contract so that each individual provision in the contract applies to each individual contract.
The total value for all lots is estimated to be NOK 30,000,000 over 4 years. The value is an estimate and is in no way binding for the contracting authority. See the description in each lot for further information on what is included in the lots.

The contracting authority would like to use this contest to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of RIV services.
The framework agreement that is established through this tender contest can be used by Karmøy Municipality, including all departments, agencies, municipal companies and all fully-owned municipal companies. It must also be possible to use the contract for projects where Karmøy Municipality participates in collaboration projects with other contracting authorities, regardless of whether Karmøy Municipality is a contract party.
The framework agreement is intended to cover most of the contracting authority's continual need for the services in question. The contracting authority will have the right, but not an obligation, to use the framework agreement. The contracting authority will be able to hold competitions for assignments when this is appropriate. Some assignments could be solved in-house.
The estimated annual value of the agreement is approximately NOK NOK 1 million excluding VAT. This gives a total estimated framework agreement value (including options) of NOK 4,000,000. The estimated value is only of an informative character and is in no way binding for the contracting authority.
A minimum of 2 framework agreements will be signed, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenders in the competition from qualified tenderers.
