The subject of the contract is the performance of comprehensive service in the area of kompl. Troops. in Warsaw: Nieświeska and Bystra, Pilawa, Podebłocie, Zegrze Południowe.
The contracting authority divided the order into five lots.
Part I – Comprehensive service – supervision over heating management in the military complex in Warsaw, 56 Nieświeska StreetComplete operation (supervision of district heating management and removal of existing failures in accordance with the attached scope — Annex No 9 to SWZ) on the territory of the military compl. in Warsaw Nieświeska street:
a) Oil boiler room in building no. 1 (De Dietrich boilers type GT 512 with a capacity of 730kW and type GT 509 with a capacity of 505kW) together with pre-insulated and traditional networks with a length of 1176 m.b.,
b) Oil boiler room in bud. No. 30 (2 Viessmann boilers type Vitoplex 100 with a capacity of 225kW each) with pre-insulated and traditional networks with a length of 334 m.b.
Part II – Comprehensive service – supervision over heating management in the military complex in Warsaw, Bystra 1 StreetComplete operation (supervision of district heating management and removal of failures in accordance with the attached scope — Annex No 9 to SWZ) on the territory of the military compl. in Warsaw Bystra Street:
a) Oil boiler room no. 1 in bud. No. 21 (2 boilers De Dietrich type GT 307 with a capacity of 175kW each)
b) Pre-insulated and traditional networks with a length of 560 m.b.
Part III – Comprehensive service – supervision over heating management in the military complex in the city of Warsaw. PilawaComplete operation (supervision of district heating management and removal of failures in accordance with the attached scope — Annex No 9 to SWZ) on the territory of the military compl. in Pilawa:
a) Gas boiler room in bud. No. 1 (Viessmann boiler type VITOCROSSAL 300 with a capacity of 48 kW)
b) Gas boiler room in bud. nr 33 (De Dietrich boilers type C230-85 with a capacity of 87kW and C230-130 with a capacity of 120kW)
c) Gas boiler room in bud. no. 2 (2 boilers De Dietrich type C230-170 with a capacity of 166kW each),
d) Pre-insulated networks with a length of 1610m (pipe length).
Part IV – Comprehensive service – supervision over heating management in the military complex in the city of Warsaw. PodebłocieComplete operation (supervision of district heating management and removal of failures in accordance with the attached scope — Annex No 9 to SWZ) on the territory of military compl. in subemud:
a) Oil boiler room no. 1 in bud. No. 75 (2 boilers SCHAFER Domomax type DXN with a capacity of 163kW each)
b) Oil boiler room no. 2 in bud. No. 5 (2 boilers SCHAFER Domobloc type DCN with a capacity of 435kW each)
c) Pre-insulated central heating networks with a length of 896 m.b.
Part V – Comprehensive service – supervision over heating management in the military complex in Zegrze PołudnioweComplete service (supervision of district heating management and removal of existing failures in accordance with the attached scope — Annex No 9 to SWZ) on the territory of military compl. in South Zegra:
a) Gas boiler room in bud. No. 14 (2 Viessmann boilers type VITOCROSSAL 200 with a capacity of 500 kW each)
b) pre-insulated network in a double pipe system with a length of 646 m,
c) Gas boiler room in bud. No. 33 (2 Viessmann boilers type VITOCROSSAL 200 with a capacity of 246 kW each)
(d) Pre-insulated network in a double-pipe system with a length of 248,4 m
e) underground gas installation for boiler rooms in buildings No. 14 and 33 with a length of 527 m.
