Sarastia Oy requests your offer for replacement mat services and hand towel and hygiene services in accordance with the tender documents. The competition is divided into two subsets as follows:

1. Shifting Carpet Services

2. Hand towel and hygiene services

Competition is carried out through an open procedure on the basis of which one (1) contract supplier is selected for each subset. The same bidder can be selected for either subset. The basis for the selection of competition is the overall economic favourability with a price weighting of 90 points and a quality weighting of 10 points. The selection takes place in the bidders' scoring order. If more bidders receive the same score, the contracting entity will paraphrase the selected supplier. Draw is a custom accepted in case law.

The contract period is a fixed term of four (4) years. The contract period will begin not earlier than after the procurement decision has received the legal force. Entities committed to the Agreement shall move within the scope of the Task Agreement after the end of their existing agreements.

The contract has a termination period of six (6) months for both contracting parties and Sarastian client entities committed to the acquisition, despite the period. The users of the contract have the right to terminate only from the desired subentities.

By its offer, the tenderer undertakes all the terms and conditions set out in the invitation to tender. The contracting entity shall have the right to verify the information provided by the tenderer in the tender documents prior to the conclusion of the contract decision. If the information provided is not correct, the offer will be rejected.

Subset 1 acquiring shift-mat services.

Rental price for replacement mats includes renting, washing, servicing, replacing and transporting nitrile rubber-based nylon mats. In addition, the contract resulting from competition can acquire cotton and designer mats.

The acquisition includes an industrial towel service as an option.

Shifting intervals for replacement mats are agreed separately on a customer/office basis.

Subset 2 procures hand towel and hygiene services.

Hand towel service includes renting, delivering, washing, servicing, and picking up dirty rolls. In addition, the price of the service includes the delivery, installation, maintenance and repairs of towel dispensers.

Hygiene services include paper, soap and hand dispensers for rent to toilets. The service shall include the rental, delivery, maintenance of dispensers, and the delivery of papers and soaps and handlings to customer offices.

The quantities of hand towel machines and dispensers and the delivery intervals for rolls, paper and soaps and handlides are agreed separately on a customer/office basis.
