The procurement procedure used is: open tendering. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. Each lot will be allocated separately. For lots 1 and 2: The contract is an ordinary contract. For Lots 3, 4 and 5: The contract is a composite framework agreement. It comprises a part treated in the form of an ordinary contract, and a part treated in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders as indicated below:- the part in the ordinary contract: preventive maintenance- the part in a framework agreement with purchase orders: curative maintenance- lot 3: maximum 35,000 euro(s) excluding tax for 2 years- lot 4: maximum 20,000 euro(s) excl. VAT for 2 years - lot 5: maximum 25,000 euro(s) excl. VAT for 2 years
