The city of Lößnitz intends to modernize and repair the Erzgebirge Hall in Lößnitz. The measure is to be financed by funds and own funds from the city of Lößnitz.

The client intends the service phases (LPH) 1 to 6 specialist planning structural planning acc. § 51 ff. I. V. m. Annex 14 HOAI 2013, to commission special services for LPH 8.

The order is placed in stages in accordance with the contractual terms. Initially only Lph 1-2 will be commissioned. Subcontracting is subject to approval and financing. The client reserves the right to limit the transfer of further services to individual sections of the construction project.

There is no legal claim to the transfer of all service phases. Likewise, there is no legal claim to further assignment after the first service phases have been provided.

In the case of commissioning including service phase 8, the end of the order is expected to be in 2024.
