The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the area of PGE Distribution S.A. Branch Lublin for the purposes of NOSG under the conditions laid down in the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716 as amended) and implementing acts issued pursuant to it to the implementation of the provisions of the legislation to objects (collection points) of the Ordering Party listed in the detailed description of the item of the order. The subject of the contract shall cover the supply, sale and purchase within the meaning of Article 3 (6a) of the Energy Law Act, carried out on the basis of the sales contract referred to in Article 5 (1) and (2), point 1 of that Act. The item of the order must be performed in accordance with the detailed description of the item of the order (Annex 2A, 2B, 2C to SWZ). The Contractor applying for the contract shall have the concluded General Agreement with the Operator of the Distribution System for the provision of distribution services in the area of PGE Distribution S.A. Branch Lublin, where the Ordering Party's electricity supply sites are located.

Supply of electricity to residential buildings of SG in Janów Podlaski and Bohukały. Estimated amount of energy consumption of 4,808 kWh.
