The City of Sastamala's Tilakeskus (client) asks for a quote for construction and HVAC work.

The construction projects include real estate in the city of Sastamala.

The work mainly consists of renovation and alteration work related to real estate. The largest renovation projects are commissioned by Tilakeskus on the basis of separate site-specific contract tenders.

The contractors selected on the basis of this competitive tendering process will have urgent and other work suitable for carrying out on the basis of framework contracts. The workload may vary from year to year, depending on the need for repairs, funding and the allocation of funding.

The projects are of different types in terms of content, size and cost. In addition, the tenderer must note that the work/projects are one-off, and continuous work is not likely.

The assignments consist of the following works:

• Structural engineering works

•Plumbing

• Ilmanvaihtotyöt

• Electrical work

Based on the lowest price in each sector, six (6) service providers will be selected as parties to the framework agreement.

If necessary, the project-specific objectives are defined separately in each project together with the client, designer and contractor.

The subscriber does not commit to fixed order quantities. The duration of the work varies from days to months and the need for labor is no more than six (6) people. The contractor must have sufficient resources for the work to be carried out at any given time.

The language of communication is Finnish.

Duration of the contract 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023 (+ possible option 1 year).
