The tendered task includes Service and maintenance of flue gas environmental measuring equipment. The scope of the service offered is in accordance with EU rules for the service of environmental measurement systems for flue gas as follows:

• Scheduled service

• Annual QAL3 report extraction

• On-call service that ensures access to 24/7/365 support with the possibility of physical attendance

• Hotline service (24/7/365 service)

• Additional service and maintenance services if necessary

• Delivery of strategic spare parts if necessary

• Verification of parameters according to EN14181.

The quantities specified in the Tender Documents are ARC's annual estimated volumes during the contract period.
