The contract consists of the provision of services relating to:
- annual maintenance of collective boilers with full omnium contract on collective boilers, boiler room and horizontal conveyances included (including annual maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting, parts and replacement of boilers included, SAP)
- un service Call Center 7j/7 - 24h/24 (SAP)
- troubleshooting with intervention on individual heaters on demand (outside working hours and in winter).
- a cleaning of the 8 rooms (floor) after annual maintenance
The technical requirements to be met by the services are set out in the CSF.
By its tender, the successful tenderer undertakes to carry out the services in accordance with these requirements and will make sure to make every effort to guarantee the continuity of heating.
