The client of this procurement procedure is Intrakoop, hereinafter referred to as Intrakoop or Contracting Authority, represented by Hellemans Consultancy B.V..

Intrakoop intends to dedicate the supply of electricity for the period from 1 January 2024; 0:00 AM to 31 December 2025; 24:00 with options years 2026-2028 for all connections.

The Assignment includes the transfer of Program Responsibility, administrative processing and, on Behalf of the Client, performing the price fixations on the relevant trading market.

The expected total volume of delivery to Intrakoop for the years 2024 to 2025 is approximately 197,000 MWh (approx. 180 connections). The entire volume will be preserved by means of Guarantees of Origin European or Dutch wind. The distribution of this is indicated in the connection lists.
