SK Varme A/S ("Contracting Entity") wishes to enter into a framework agreement (the "Agreement") concerning the supply of district heating pipes and components as well as the installation of sockets. The agreement is concluded for a period of 2 years with the possibility of

extension for 1 + 1 year.

The main features of the offer are as follows:

(i) Supply of pre-insulated steel pipes

(ii) Supply of pre-insulated fittings, such as t-pieces, bends, etc.

(iii) Delivery of pre-insulated valves

(iiii) Supply of pre-insulated flexible pipes, alupex

(iiiii) Assembly af svejsemuffer.

The contracting entity continuously replaces and establishes new supply lines in the supply area in Slagelse, Korsør and Halskov. For this purpose, the Contracting Entity wishes to conclude a framework agreement under which the Contracting Entity may purchase district heating pipes belonging to it.
