The tender competition includes the delivery of multi-function machines (hire), with a function for secure scanning/printing. The intention of the framework agreement is to standardise the machines, simplify operations, service and maintenance, as well as simplify administration and procurements.

The agreement includes all of the Region Council's municipalities.

Framework agreement.

The agreement will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The agreement period is from and including 17.2.2020 until and including 30.6.2024 with option for termination.

The contracting authority shall enter into an agreement with one (1) tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that an agreement can be signed if awarded.
