Description:
New building B212n, Harmenhausen (L875) — AS del-Deichhausen, Geotechnical Design Report

The B 212n is planned as a non-cultivated road outside of built-up areas. The total length of the extension is approximately 13.8 km (12.3 km of Lower Saxony and 1.5 km Bremen).

The installation is to be carried out as a 2+1 cross-section with mutual overtaking options (RQ15.5) with 4 interchanges and 14 bridge structures. Agricultural transport and cycling are carried out by separate routes. The route runs flood free on a dam, so all intersections with water bodies and roads are passed through the B212n.

As further planning steps for the approved preferred variant 1B, the design plans are currently being developed as the next step of the required planning depth. A preliminary and approval design for the entire route is currently being prepared and a planning approval procedure is requested.

As part of this award, services for a geotechnical design report (line appraisals and civil engineering structures) will be awarded without digestion work with a length of 10.85 km.

As part of the soil study, there are restrictions on natural stewardship in some areas.

The planned route runs on unloadable subsoil. In the case of road construction, such construction measures must be classified in the geotechnical category GK 3 according to DIN 4020, which means that an expert in geotechnical engineering is always required.

1.1 Clarification of the task (track and BW), list of investigation programs:

1.1.1 Clarifying the task, defining and presenting all possible services: building site exploration, laboratory tests, etc.

1.1.2 Clarify the precise approaches to utilities, coordination and coordination with utilities representatives. view the existing documents,

1.1.3 Geotechnical study programme as required, registration of the outcrops to be carried out in location and profile plans, taking into account areas of protection:

— Core drilling: attachment points, depth,

— order whether or, if so, which further information is required in the area of landfills still operated or former.

1.2 Preparation of the public. call for tenders and participation in the award of the digestion work.

For the preparation and implementation of the necessary digestion work according to VOB (drilling), including the digestion concept and estimation of the costs of the digestion work, by a drilling company to be commissioned separately, the contractor shall prepare the tender documents (in accordance with VOB with STLK). The documents must be agreed with the client. The following services are required for this:

1.2.1 Preparation for the award of digestion work

— Identify quantities as a basis for setting up LVs,

— taking into account the present aerial survey with regard to digestion work (taking up performance positions for support by appropriately trained specialists),

— Establish the SOW with specifications,

- cost estimate.

1.2.2 Participation in the award of the digestion work:

— compilation of procurement and contract documents,

— to participate in negotiations with tenderers,

- Participation in placing the order.

1.3 Field investigation monitoring:

During the completion of the digestion work according to VOB (drilling) by the separately commissioned drilling company, the contractor supervises the digestion work to be carried out. For this purpose, the following services are to be provided:

— preparation (absence of ordnance, drill indicator, grant agreements),

— geotechnical and soil-related construction supervision of the explorations,

— monitoring of drilling work, including travel costs and construction diary (according to HVA b-StB),

— control of depths and sampling by type, number and quality,

— allowance of possible (corridor) damage caused by exploratory measures,

— Review of daily reports,

— joint measurement of building site construction work,

— consultation with residents, management and other stakeholders,

— examination of the mass statements for digestion work carried out,

— audits of the invoice of the drilling company.

Expenditure estimated 100 days (duration 20 KW, 5 AT each)
