On the site of the red waiting school in Mühlheim, a new replacement building for the already abandoned primary school and a new care building are to be built. There is a change of fixed glazing and opening window sashes. The closed façade parts on the ground floor and upper floor are insulated and clad with an ETICS. An external sun shade provides summery thermal protection.
