Establishment of a framework agreement with the possibility of purchasing workwear for use in Energinet, where technicians with their work at electrical and gas plants need workwear and safety shoes with special requirements for safety.
This group framework agreement is offered by Energinet, which acts as a purchasing centre for the other business units listed in section I.2. For further information, please refer to the tender specifications.

The tender includes an 8-year framework agreement. The framework agreement is concluded with one supplier regarding workwear. Energinet's employees have an ongoing need for clothing in a work context, The individual employee's needs vary according to the employee's tasks, which can be diverse. The majority of employees will need to purchase workwear that, for example, is flame retardant, clearly visible or provides protection against electrostatic discharges. At the same time, there will also be a need to purchase ordinary clothing that does not offer special protection. Energinet's employees also need to be able to purchase safety footwear.
The framework agreement thus includes the following parts:
• Administrative services: Onlineportal, Brugeradgange, Bestilling, Produktvisning, Sortimentsvedligehold, Sortiment, Oplægning og tilpasning, Måltagning, Fakturering og Påvarmning af logo.
• Different categories of workwear: General workwear, High Visibility clothing, Multi-protective clothing (including flame retardant and protection against electrostatic discharges), Safety footwear and other clothing/accessories (e.g. hat, knee pads and socks).
• Sustainability: In the form of take-back solutions, where used workwear is taken back and reused / recycled.
Energinet wants a range of workwear in both women's and men's sizes with protection against unwanted harmful substances, a high level of safety and comfort while achieving administrative savings on the purchase and handling of workwear.
