The buyer needs cleaning services at his locations.
The buyer therefore intends to enter into a frame agreement with one supplier.
The Framework Agreement will have a duration of four (4) years.
The procurement is further described in the Contract and Appendix A.
The buyer shall have the option to renew the agreement once, with a duration of four (4) years.
In addition to the agreed scope in Appendix A, the buyer shall have an option for cleaning at all of his locations.
The buyer shall also have an option on consumable goods.
These options do not imply any buyer obligation.
