The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities listed in the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 and 2 to the SWZ. Existing contracts for sale will be terminated and new contracts for the sale of electricity to the Ordering Party's facilities and organizational units will be concluded.

Supply of electricity to facilities listed in Annex 1 to SWZ – street lighting: 1) The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 509 751.00 kWh. 2) Performance of activities resulting from the power of attorney constituting an annex to the draft contract, in particular the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to notify the indicated Distribution System Operator to perform the contract for the sale of electricity concluded with the Contractor, make declarations of will and determine on behalf of the Ordering Party all necessary information regarding the termination of the existing contract for the sale of electricity and the provision of distribution services, representing the Ordering Party before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of a contract for the provision of distribution services.

Supply of electricity to facilities listed in Annex 2 to swz – other facilities: 1) The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is: 1 081 664.00 kWh. 2) Performance of activities resulting from the power of attorney constituting an annex to the draft contract, in particular the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to notify the indicated Distribution System Operator to perform the contract for the sale of electricity concluded with the Contractor, make declarations of will and determine on behalf of the Ordering Party all necessary information regarding the termination of the existing contract for the sale of electricity.
