Construction of lightweight halls for paper and bulky waste
An area of around 48,000 m² will be prepared for the location of the small supplier area and the new subsequent use at the former landfill site in Warden. There are various services to be provided. The supply and construction of the two lightweight halls for paper and bulky waste is the subject of the tender. The contract is awarded in its entirety to a general contractor.
Components of the tender for the construction of the two almost identical lightweight halls are:
Lightweight halls made of 4.0 m high spill walls with superimposed supporting structures, middle columns are not permitted
Spilt walls made of sheet steel
Floor area of the halls 35.00 x 70.00 m each
Clear internal height 11.5 m
Increase of spill walls by 1.0 m to a total of 5.0 m due to wooden plank walls
The western wall of the paper hall (Hall 1) is to be laid out for the spill through an earth wall
A section of the eastern wall of the bulky waste hall (Hall 2) is to be produced from 7.0 m high spill walls, which are filled with bulky waste on both sides if necessary
Roofs designed as gable roofs with a 3° roof pitch
Roof panels on the underside with a condensate protection fleece
Roofs with roof light strips and RWAs
Both roofs are statically designed for the installation of a photovoltaic system that is evenly distributed over the roof surface, but is not to be installed until a later date
In each hall, static consideration of 4 power supply points for electric excavators, suspended from the ridge line
Facade cladding from OK spill walls (4.0 m) to UK roof with light strips in the upper third of the hall
Access to the halls via 2 or 3 roller doors, access via separate over-height doors
Traffic light control of the gates (red/green)
Cross ventilation in the halls along the longitudinal axes through axial valve doors and weather protection grilles

All-round roof railings as fall protection
