The Framework will be for the supply of unmetered electricity with the Department of Finance and Personnel being the ‘Authority'. The Contract Participants are defined as the ‘Client’. The initial call-off contract will be used by the following clients: — Department for Regional Development (DRD); — NI Water (NIW); and — The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI). However each public body subject to the Northern Ireland Public Procurement Policy (NIPPP) listed in https://www.dfpni.gov.uk/articles/list-public-bodies-which-ni-public-procurement-policy-applies may choose to participate in this Framework at any time as a Client.
