It is necessary to modernize the existing video protection tools on both sides and under the Rond-Point Tunnel, located on the commune of Saint-Étienne, Route Nationale 88.

The market will consist of a firm and an optional tranche:

— firm installment: replacement of tunnel cameras, installation of high-frequency cameras and installation of a cabinet dedicated to outdoor cameras in the Lyon - Firminy tube;

— optional slice #1: replacement of tunnel cameras in the direction tube Firminy — Lyon.
