The assignment will be carried out as work based on a cost-plus basis and consists primarily of:

- Classic services within chapter 12 carpentry works and chapter 13 joinery works, and

- any associated works the Builder needs to order future reasons including, but not limited to, laying of epoxy on individual floors, dust binding to a lesser extent, auxiliary works for other technical disciplines, etc.

Measures will also be carried out in the existing buildings locally, limited to where the new building has connections to the existing buildings.

For orientation, the works in this contract were part of the cancelled contest for K2301 Internal Works. The South Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority decided after the cancellation to announce the above-named works as a separate contract - K2422 Carpentry Works.
