The Signal project, a national lighthouse centre, led by the Finistère Departmental Council, consists in creating a space for interpretation and mediation, enhancing the field of lighthouses and beacons within an old auction located on the port of Brest. The future equipment with an area of approximately 1,500 m 2 will be deployed over three levels of exhibition spaces. This consultation concerns the work of scenographic developments. This work operation is divided into 23 batches defined below. Lots 01 to 16 and 23 are awarded and running. Lots 19, 20, 21 and 22 are consulted in parallel in an adapted procedure. A unique batch of intellectual services has been spent for the design and realization of audiovisual and multimedia production. This consultation concerns only Lots 17 and 18.
