This contract aims to put the various audit and control missions in competition through a framework contract with different contractors, in order to find the most suitable solution for each mission. The objective is therefore to select 4, possibly 5, suppliers that cover all the areas mentioned and that can be selected individually for specific missions. If, at the time of award, a 5th Bidder has a score difference of less than 5 points with the 4th Bidder, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to also retain the 5th Bidder.
