Conclusion of a framework contract with a term from 1/1/2021 to 12/31/2024 with an optional extension until 12/31/2025 for delivery services for ruggedized convertible notebooks and accessories for workforce management.

In the medium term, there is a need to replace the ruggedized convertible notebooks in use for workforce management on the hardware side.

The first replacement of 400 devices is planned for the 1st quarter of 2021. There is also an option to purchase additional devices and accessories, as well as repairs.

Purchase of ruggedized convertible notebooks /

1. Initial delivery of 400 notebooks including input pen and 36 months manufacturer's guarantee (pick up and return),

2. Repurchase options / accessories / warranty extension during the contract period:

- extended warranty to 60 months;

- notebook;

- Vehicle charger (original accessory);

- Replacement battery (original accessory);

- 2-way chargers (230V AC) for replacement batteries (original accessories);

- input pen (display operation, original accessories);

- shoulder strap;

- Carry bag;

- Office docking station (original accessory).
