Ordinary cleaning service of municipal buildings and dependencies in accordance with the prescriptions indicated in the Technical Specifications.

The tasks described as basic cleaning operations indicated in point 3.1 of the aforementioned PPT will have to be carried out, with the minimum frequencies indicated in the frequency sheets, for each building or premises.

The plans provided with the documentation of the specifications are indicative and not exhaustive of the distributions and surfaces of each of the buildings and municipal dependencies. It will be up to the tenderers, if they deem it appropriate, to request a visit for verification.

The objective of the service will be to maintain the facilities described in perfect conditions of cleanliness to offer a quality service and with all the necessary safety conditions to the users.
