Politiets fellestjenester (PFT), hereafter called the contracting authority, will, on behalf of Tolletaten, Kriminalomsorgen, Sysselmannen på Svalbard og Politiets sikkerhetstjeneste (PST) enter into a contract for the procurement of products for sport, training and the outdoors.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement within products for sport, training and the outdoors that service personnel need in their operative service, and which is not covered by existing or future contracts. This includes a broad spectrum of off-the-shelf sport and outdoor articles, as well as training apparatuses and other equipment for gyms.

Based on previous years’ procurements, the estimate for call-offs is approx. NOK 20 million during the contract period, including the option years. This estimate is non-binding for the contracting authority. See the tender documentation for further details.

Sub-contract A will cover the need for a broad range of products of off-the-shelf sports and outdoor activities and is meant as a supplement to other certified equipment. The products will not be stocked at Politiets Fellestjenester or other users. The chosen tenderer must have an established internet shop system where users can easily purchase the products.

The contracting authority will enter into a contract with one tenderer for sub-contract A.

Sub-contract B will cover the need for apparatuses and equipment for gyms. It must be possible for different users to purchase equipment and apparatuses for gyms when required; either as a supplement to an existing gym room and equipment, or for new training facilities. It must be possible to order the products through an established ordering system, possibly an internet shop.

For sub-contract B, the contracting authority will enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 5 tenderers, provided there is a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders.
