The aim of this tender is the selection and commissioning of a service provider who, on the basis of the results of a comprehensive IT analysis to be carried out, controls the IT transformation process in the role of project management and responsibly implements further technical content.

The project implementation serves to ensure a powerful and innovative corporate IT and is to be increasingly achieved through the use of cloud services, among other things. At the same time, it is to be ensured that both in market competition and within banking cooperation (merger of ten German promotional institutions for the pursuit of common interests) can optimally survive and cover increasing customer needs.

For the implementation of a future-oriented IT operating concept, it is necessary to transfer the transformation of the on-premise shares into one or more cloud-based solutions and at the same time strategically realign the corporate IT.

Profitability goals such as cost reduction, cost efficiency, performance and quality enhancement are important drivers within the strategic objectives of the IT Transformation project.
