The subject of the tender is two lots for a total of two BigBlueButton infrastructures.
Lot 1 describes an existing platform for communication with "normal protection requirements" for the majority of the need for video conferencing in the Brandenburg state administration. This platform is to be procured as a software-as-a-service solution and made available to ZIT-BB customers.
Lot 2 describes a second platform of the BigBlueButton infrastructure for confidential communication with "increased protection requirements" and will be set up independently of the existing solution in the ZIT-BB data center. The subject matter of the service is the setup of the environment, installation of the software and the operation of the IT process in the client's data center. Server technology and data center capacities are provided by the client to a sufficient extent.
Both platforms will be put out to tender including maintenance and care.
Solution with "normal protection requirements"With this solution, users in the state administration network (LVN) are given the opportunity to invite to video conferences that correspond to the protection requirements (confidentiality, availability and integrity) "normally". The qualitative requirements presented here describe the initial installation, which must be expandable if required.
Solution with "increased need for protection"In this solution, special measures are implemented in user management. The need for protection according to IT-Grundschutz for the protection goals of confidentiality and integrity is "normal" and "high" if available.
