NHS West & South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Commissioning Support Unit (WSYBCSU) are conducting this procurement exercise as an agent for and on behalf of NHS Sheffield Clinical Commissioning Group (the commissioner).

The commissioner is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Eyecare Practitioners wishing to be considered for acceptance onto the list of Qualified Providers for any or all of the following Enhanced Optometry Services:

— Paediatric Referral Refinement (PRR),

— Primary Eyecare Acute Referral Scheme (PEARS),

— Glaucoma Referral Refinement (GRR),

— Contact Applanation Tonometry (CATS),

— Triage of Optometrist Referrals to Secondary Care.
