The passenger lift programme includes the replacement or refurbishment of eleven (11) passenger lifts across eight (8) Metropolitan properties.

The contracts have been placed into geographical lots — Contractor(s)s are invited to tender for individual lots or all.

Lot 1 — Two (2) lift replacements at two (2) properties in Cambridge and Bedfordshire.

Lot 2 — One (1) lift replacement at one (1) property in Loughborough.

Lot 3 — Eight (8) lift replacements across five (5) properties in London.
