• giving a floor area (incl circulation and internal walls of 564.6 m2

Giving a gross floor area (including circulation, internal walls, stairs and lift) of 1 006 m2

• secure hard and soft play area 250 m2

• sensory garden 100 m2

• 15 parking spaces.
