Cleaning service and window cleaning for Hotel- and Restaurantskolen. The Hotel and Restaurants School includes teaching rooms, kitchen / canteen facilities and administration. In addition, the task also includes cleaning service and window cleaning of the servant's house, which is an independent building at the address.

Housekeeping service includes interior local cleaning as well as window cleaning.

Applicant (economic operator) must submit via the CTM system (see point VI.3) 'Further information') the Common European Tender Document (ESPD) as preliminary evidence of the circumstances referred to in section 148 of the Tendering Act. An economic operator who participates alone and does not rely on the capacity of other entities to meet the selection criteria is required to complete only 1 ESPD. An economic operator who participates alone but relies on the capacity of one or more other entities must ensure that the contracting entity receives its own ESPD together with a separate ESPD containing the relevant information for each of the entities on which it is based. When groups of economic operators, including temporary associations, participate in the tendering procedure together, a separate ESPD must be completed for each of the participating economic operators with the information required in Part II-V. The ESPD document attached to the application is submitted by filling in the following points in the ESPD:

- Part IIA: Information on the economic operator,

- Part IIB: Information on economic operators' representatives,

- Part IIC: Information on the utilization of capacity of other entities,

- Part IIIA: Grounds for criminal convictions,

- Part IIIB: Grounds for payment of taxes and contributions or social security contributions,

- Part IIIC: Grounds relating to insolvency, conflicts of interest or neglect in the pursuit of the profession,

- Part IVB: Economic and financial capacity. Under the item 'Total annual turnover' the total annual turnover of the economic operator is entered in the most recent completed financial year. Under 'Other economic and financial requirements', the economic operator's equity is entered in the most recent financial year,

- Part IVC: Technical and professional ability. Under the heading 'As regards service contracts: export of services of the type indicated', the reference list is entered by up to 5 (if more than 5 references are indicated, the first 5 / top references will be included in the selection / limitation of the number of qualified applicants) of the most significant deliveries of services performed within the past 3 years, stating: Description (assignment and benefit description), Amount (contract sum per year), Date (start date and end date, if known) and Beneficiaries ( name of authority / company),

- Part V: Limiting the number of qualified applicants. Note that the actual answer may require more fields to be filled out. Follow the instructions in the eESPD. eESPD will be found as a separate xml file under the tender documentation in the CTM system. Note that the file should not be opened. Instead, it should be stored on a local drive on your computer. The file is then loaded into the European Commission's electronic ESPD system on the Internet at https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/ espd / welcome When the desired language is selected in the system, select "I am an economic operator" and "Import ESPD". In a correctly loaded file, the fields under "Buyer's identity" and "Details of the tender procedure" will be filled in by the contracting entity.
